Suhail is the founder and design head of D&D. From more than seven years of work experience in Middle East and South Africa he got opportunities to work with highly talented designers which gave him a strong background in interior design and fit out. He returned to Kerala and started Design & Decors in 2015.which has steadily grown into a multi-disciplinary practice emphasizing values of integrity, sustainability and innovation.

We make use of latest design trends and work with a commitment to bring out the best possible result. Our works include visiting the site, taking actual measurements and making drawings as per the requirements. The process includes layout plan 2d drawings, 3d views and revisions towards the final result to the satisfaction of the client.
Our design consultants are experts in estimating the cost, understanding possibilities and providing suitable solutions within the budget .they provide assistance to each client right from enquiry through each stage of works till handover of the project.
We produce all furniture in our own factory and thus implementation at site takes only few days. Each item is created using brilliant craftsmanship of skillful people, carefully following the design. Production is always as per schedule, in co-ordination with installation team and client.
Installation team starts execution at site immediately after delivery of materials, under close supervision and quality control. Project manager leads the team and arrange materials as per requirement and schedule of works.
